Do you operate 24 hours?

Yes, all machines are running 24 hours, daily. Do check on the shopping mall's operational hours before coming down.
Can I upload photos online first, and print later?

Yes! In any internet browser, type in boft.app **Only for regular sized photos** Upload and edit photos online Go to any Boft machine, key in the Order Number to print your photos No additional edits will be allowed on the machine once Order Number is keyed in and photos are uploaded to Boft
Can I print from my phone gallery?

Yes! At home: In any internet browser, type in boft.app. Upload and edit photos online. Go to any Boft machine, key in the Order Number to print your photos! No additional edits will be allowed on the machine once Order Number is keyed in and photos are uploaded to Boft **Only for regular sized photos** At Boft: In your phone's internet browser, type in boft.cc and key in the machine code shown on the screen Or connect to Boft machine Wi-Fi
Can I edit my photos on the machine?

Yes, you edit with our photo-editor, some features include: Crop or resize Type your own personalized caption Change to landscape or portrait format Add borders/frames You can also upload your photos to boft.app (**Only for regular sized photos**) and edit your photos at home. Once done, key in the Order Number at any Boft machine to print. No additional edits will be allowed on the machine once Order Number is keyed in and photos are uploaded to Boft.
Can I print from Instagram? Any privacy issues?

Yes, you can print from Instagram – either from a public or private account. For a private account, you can log in via the machine and will be immediately logged out after using. No privacy issues – we do not store any photos that has been viewed or printed in our machines. They are immediately removed before the next user.
Can I print greeting cards on the machine?

Yes! Choose from a library of greeting cards for any occasion, to print for family and friends. Do note that it is a single-sided photo print. It will not be folded like a normal card.
Do you print Passport ID photos?

No, however we may launch this feature in the future.
